This is what a typical day

might look like!

Circle Time begins with going over our shape, numbers, weather and calendar. Spanish and sign-language are  incorporated in teaching our letters and colors. Each month has a new Bible verse for them to learn and is incorporated into the academic studies.

After the children check in, they have the opportunity to choose free play time or choose some activity at table topper time until all students have arrived.

The children practice writing in their name books.

Upon arrival students hang up their backpacks and check in.

Music time helps to get those wiggles out and prepare us for our Bible story time. Some children enjoy helping to lead the songs. This can really build  up their confidence.

There goes baby Moses floating down the Nile river! The children love to be involved in acting out our Bible Story.

Small group time is when we have the opportunity to work closely with each child. The groups of children rotate into three different stations where we focus on academics, an active activity, and arts and craft projects.

We use our theme area for free play time and for small group time. It rotates monthly and has been changed from a doctors office, a bakery, a camp site, a flower shop, a creation station, a post office, to a grocery shop.

On those rainy days we find some other ways to give the children physical exercise that they need. We have access to an outside modular with a giant open space for lots of gym activities.

Although the children have a snack time earlier in the day, the children who stay for Lunch Bunchers are ready to eat again!

Some of the Lunch Buncher activities might include a nature walk on our property. Our findings often turn into an art project. It is also a time to have more creative playtime.

Whenever the weather permits we have our P.E. time out- side. The children need the physical activity as well as being able to  enjoy the sunshine and breath the fresh air,
